Longarm 101

Would you like to quilt your own quilts on our longarm? Take this class first!

We have our longarm set up and ready for you to use. Learn how to load your quilt, set the thread tension, use a pantograph, etc. You'll be quilting in no time!

Class fee includes:
- Learning how to setup and quilt your quilts
- Fabric set up on the machine for the group to practice on
- One hour of longarm rental within a month of taking the class (something we recommend when you come back your first time is to make a wholecloth quilt with a busy fabric so your stitches are a little hidden (while you're still learning) and you aren't working on something that you have put a lot of time and effort into. Or, feel free to bring a pieced quilt, but please make is something you haven't spent much time on or have any emotional attachment to. Something to think about ...)

Supplies:
- Pencil or pen for taking notes
- You calendar so we can book your first rental time!  :)
