* Class Policies *
Class fees are non-refundable, however, if you notify us 72 hours or more in advance of not being able to make it to class, we will give you store credit toward future purchases. Refer to our class policies for more information.
* Pre-Orders *
Pre-orders are not currently in stock, shipping delays may happen without notice. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
If you have in-stock and pre-order items in the same cart, your entire order will be held until the pre-order items arrive.
* Returns *
All returned items must be in unused, new condition with original packaging and labels. A valid receipt must be presented in any of the following forms: printed, e-mailed, or saved under the customer’s name in our POS system. Returns will be given store credit only.
We will not accept returns on the following items:
- Cut fabric sold by the yard or washed fabric
- Printed books and patterns
- Sale or clearance items
- Yarn that has been used or wound
- Returns longer than 30 days from original date of purchase
